You know, Simpsons style?

probably not. it is my understanding that a jeep can’t rotate anything but even the tiniest of stock wheels without updating the engine, transmission, and axles.

Im pretty sure I could get through most clamps with the tools in my car. Most arent particularly strong.

I’d just swap on the spare tire. It looks like one that doesn’t have a cap over the hub

It doesn’t, it’s just clamped inside the lip of the rim.

Then definitely spare tire, grab an angle grinder and problem solved

Oh hey, that’s one of my company’s boots. The lug blocker on that is small and square and that wheel looks big, so if he was so inclined he could just get out his lug wrench and take that wheel off.
But if you take the boot off there’s a $500 fee, and unlike where I work, they’ll actually find you and enforce that in NY.

Sawzall is your best bet. Those are stronger than they look...I’ve gotten some back that look like they survived a bomb blast. But a sawzall would be through the rack (the unpainted part in the picture) in like a minute.

This is one of the more informative responses I’ve ever gotten around here.

I get so few chances to be the definitive expert on something around here, but I’m reasonably sure nobody else on Oppo boots cars for a living, haha.

I’m still waiting for my chance, good on you!

sometimes you can deflate the tire and remove them. I managed to do it at least once when I was driving a TJ with 33" tires in college.

I could go for some kalkalash right now.
